PET消黄母粒 解决PET再生料发黄发暗

 

PET消黄增亮母粒专用于解决PET再生料发黄、发暗、切口发黑、不透亮的问题。

通常PET回收料都会有轻微的发黄发暗，特别是做片材单张或几张放一起看起来不明显，多张或是整卷看起来就很明显。还有就是有些回收料里面参杂一些PVC，PE做出来明显发黑发暗，现在市面上也有很多消黄母粒只能针对材料轻微发黄，加多了之后片材变暗发黑、透明度也变差了，针对这些问题我们开发了一只专用于PET消黄增亮的母粒（可以通过FDA食品认证）。使用后可得到了清澈透明、无色或淡蓝色透明PET。适用于片材，瓶子等高透明产品。
产品使用方法：先将PET消黄增亮母粒烘干，按0.1％-0.5%的比例加入到普通PET粒子中（一吨普通PET粒子加1-5公斤消黄母粒），用喂机添加。

In general, that PET recovery material will have a slight yellowing, in particular a sheet of sheet or a few of them, which may appear to be non-obvious,, some of the recycled materials are mixed with some PVC, and the PE is obviously blackened and dark, and the market is also provided with a plurality of yellow-yellow female particles which can only be slightly yellow to the material, after which the sheet is dark and black, and the transparency is also poor, In response to these problems, we developed a master batch (which can be certified by the FDA),,: firstly, drying the PET anti-yellow brightness enhancement master batch, and adding into the common PET particles according to the proportion of 0.1 to 0.5 percent (one ton of common PET particles and 1 to 5 kilograms of yellow mother granules), and adding the raw materials by a feeding machine.
