安装说明如下Installation instructions are as follows：

1.准备工作/Preparation

1.1检查所配玻璃钢外壳适用的规格和尺寸与电缆的外径和中间头的配合尺寸是否吻合；

Check the applicable specifications and dimensions of the FRP housing to see if consistent with the outside diameter of the cable and the matching size of the middle head.

1.2检查玻璃钢外壳的密封材料(哈呋开口的密封垫，玻璃钢外壳两端口与电缆的密封材料：带材)是否充足；

Check whether the sealing material of the FRP housing (Hafuran open gasket, FRP housing two ends and cable sealing material: strip) is sufficient

1.3检查高压电缆密封胶两组份电缆胶包装是否完整，组份的数量是否充足；

Check whether the packing of the two-component cable sealant is complete and the quantity of the components is sufficient;

 

2.玻璃钢外壳的装配/Assembly of FRP housing

对待安装的玻璃钢外壳的中间接头段清洁处理，装上玻璃钢外壳的上下半，引出同轴电缆或接地电缆，上紧若干个螺栓，防爆盒两端口和同轴电缆或接地电缆必须先做密封处理(包防水密封带材)；

The intermediate connector section of the installed FRP shell shall be cleaned, the upper and lower half of the FRP shell shall be installed, coaxial cable or ground cable shall be drawn out,-proof box and coaxial cable or ground cable shall be sealed first (waterproof sealing strip).

2.1拿一个干净的桶，将两组份高压电缆密封(A\B胶）倒在干净的桶中，合在一起用电动搅拌机搅拌均匀；

Take a clean bucket, pour the two-component high voltage cable seal (A\B glue) into the bucket and mix together with an electric mixer;

2.2灌胶：灌胶要注意它的连续性，每组胶灌入的间隔的时间越短越好；灌胶时请注意漏胶；

注意：高压电缆密封胶的双组份电缆胶在其固化过程中略有些体积膨胀，所以不能灌的太满，一般灌到低于灌胶口上沿20至30mm的高度；

Glue filling: the continuity of glue filling should be paid attention, the shorter the time interval between each group of glue filling, the better; Please pay attention to glue leakage when filling;

Note: the two-component cable glue of the high-voltage cable sealant has a little volume expansion during its curing process, so it should not be filled to a height of 20 to 30mm lower than the edge of the sealant.

 

3.封盖口，安装完毕。
